our Constitution, By-Laws
and Code of Ethics.
2.
Secure letters of recommendation from each of your two ACA
Sponsors.
3.
Prepare a brief profile of your activities in dogs.
4. Open
the link to the printable, PDF version of our Membership
Application. Print it, fill it out, and return
it with the above items to:
