Make Your Affen a Calendar Canine

Think you have a candidate for poster
girl or boy? Enter a photo of your Affen in the
contest for the 2008 Affenpinscher Club of America
Rescue Trust Calendar! There is no limit to the
number of photos which you can submit for consideration.
Each photo entry must be accompanied by an entry fee of
$5. (There is no fee for rescue Affen photos.)
Photos may be of Affens at work or
play. The calendar will strive to balance Affen
rescues, show Affens, performance Affens and just plain
pet Affens. Seasonal or holiday photos of Affens
also will be welcomed.
Photo Contest Requirements
No copyright photos will be
accepted unless accompanied by a copyright release
signed by the photographer owning the copyright.
No persons shall appear in the
photo. The photo should feature one or more Affens.
No other breed of dog shall
appear in the photo. Other species (ducks, sheep,
horses, cats, etc.) will be permitted.
Photos should be full-color of
good quality and with good contrast. Calendar is in
horizontal format so photos with this alignment will
be preferred.
Photos may be entered by scanning
(minimum 300 dpi, higher preferred, jpg format) and
e-mail, in which case the entry fee should be mailed
to the ACA Rescue Trust via snail mail, or may be
sent in hard copy (which will be returned to the
entrant if a SASE is included with the entry.)
Entries should include the name
of the Affen, title(s) if appropriate, and a contact
number and/or address for the owner submitting the
photo.

All photos must be entered before
March 15, 2007 to be eligible for judging.
The calendar publisher shall
judge all contest entries and shall be the final
determinant of photos appearing in the calendar.
2008 ACA Rescue Trust Affenpinscher calendars will go
on sale at the 2007 National Specialty in West
Springfield, MA in July and also will be sold on the
Rescue Trust website at
www.affenrescue.org. |
